Can't seem to add a chapter to my story...

cstdenis, I heard about the recent move to new servers. Is this what this problem is from?
How soon until it's fixed, quickly wondering?

Ya, its related. Its an encoding issue -- whatever method you used isn't using UTF-8.


Which method did you use to submit? If upload, what format and version?

upload, .txt format. Hm, should I try rich text then? :/ This didn't happen before, and I've almost always been uploading via .txt format.

Its related to the server move.

If you save your txt file as UTF-8 it should work fine (you should have the option if you are using windows XP or newer)

I'll find a proper solution later. Its probebly complaining about smart quotes or something.
