Error on forum profile

When i click to edit my profile in the forum it shows this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}' in /usr/home/.sites/106/site3/web/includes/template.php(127) : eval()'d code on line 255

maybe if you examine file: [b]template.php[/b] you might find whats wrong.

Aren't parse errors generally easy to track down?

Then again, I remember when I was still learning BASIC (QBasic, as it was), I forgot to include an equal sign on an implicit LET statement, which caused Basic to think it was a function; I couldn't locate the error, so I had to rename every single instance of that variable throughout the entire code. Ugh.

Usually they are, but this is in [url=http://ca.php.net/eval]eval()[/url]'d code which makes it very hard to trace

Maybe you forgot to escape a control character somewhere or something... can you make the error report the failed expression as well as the error?
