I just tried sent one and it said it failed and I had to resubmit it in a different format! Why is it doing that now? I used to be able to sent pictures in that same format. I don't get it. Can somebody tell me why it does that now? |

More info please! Can you give us the specifics of what you were doing?
What file format were you trying to upload? Did you receive any error messages, or a rejection e-mail?
We can't offer any help until we have more info to sink our teeth into. _________________ Strata here: Nanowrimo - FAC - dA - FA

Ok, I was trying to submit pictures I use .bmp the one with large pictures that the fanart person said would probably have problems especially if I have a slow internet connection. I have been senting those before and they make them smaller they aren't as big as they are supposed to be. I don't why it just started doing that. Are you excepting certain kinds of pictures now? |

Well, you should try to avoid using .bmp in the first place. .bmp is a format used for saving pictures drawn/edited in MS Paint, and take up a huge amount of space.
If your image was drawn completely in MS Paint/pixel art, then you should save the file as .PNG, which won't destroy any of your colors or blur your lines.
If you image was drawn by hand and scanned in, then you should save your image as .jpg/.jpeg, which saves a huge amount of space and doesn't greatly decrease picture quality. _________________ |
