question (submission policy)

I have been racking my brain on this one for the last month. I took the AIS test last year and I am wondering if I am permitted to submit the results or not.

This is bothering me because I want to show how I did but I am not sure about the copy right intracies. Any one who has taken the test knows that you have to use the sheet they provide. That is where I am encountering the problem as it has art work by their staff on it as well as my own along with questions with the correct anwsers.
