It wont let me submit a chapter for my story.

it wont let me submit my chapter. whenever i enter it, it says:

I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THAT MEANS.

Not sure this can apply to you, but you could try changing your file format.

If your text is simple, i.e. doesn't have italics or bold or etc, and can be converted to Notepad real easily, then this could work.
Save your text as a UTF-8 where it states 'encoding,' and then try submitting it. It should work.
