Resizing Picture

i need help resizing my pictures. how do i do it?

Do you have a program like photoshop? I think you can even do it with paint, though I havent used that one in a while. Tell me what you have then maybe I can help, it's pretty easy.

With Paint, it's simple. Open your picture in paint, then go up to Image, then to Stretch/Skew.
On the horizontal and Vertical stretches, put in a smaller percentage. 90%, 75%, 50%, whatever. Just make sure it's the same for both, so your image remains to scale.

Then, done! Simple as that. :)

no, i have hp photosmart express and paint

I don't know about that other program, but what trinity fire said about paint is what I would have said.
