Problem with an account

Hello again,
There's a girl who became a FAC member a month ago, but she can't comment or post pics. But when she tried to create her account, they said her email was already in use...the strange thing is that she can log in. She has tried to revalidate her account buuuut the email doesn't arrive...Her profile page is this: http://www.fanart-central.net/profile-Hatomi.php
I have advised her to change her email in her profile, then revalidate her account and...could it work??

If she's using an email provider such as hotmail the validation mail may have been diverted into the junk mail folder, so she should check there first.
