I accidently deleted a comment when I whent to reply, is there any way that can be restored by chance? _________________ [b]RPG[/b]-[i]n[/i]. To my knowledge, comments are always stored, even when their deleted. It can probably be done. But I think the admins would have to go though the history and all that to restore it, so I think it's a pretty slim chance of someone bothering to do so. Never know you luck though. |

Comments are stored with a visibility flag, so that when a comment is deleted, it is actually just flagged as hidden from view.
Site staff members have a link which will make the hidden comments appear on the page along with everything else. However, there's no function I know of to make a removed comment visible again. You missed the point. [b]Comments are not actually "deleted", only hidden from view.[/b] They are still logged on the server and site helpers can select an option to view them. However, there's no "undelete", [b]there is no function to make a removed comment visible to normal users again.[/b]
