I Think this one is stole because it has no information about it only that she loves the pokemon. and it looks more like something thats been copied from a website.

You mean the logo? Nah, official website art is usually a bit more quality than this.
Far as my research can tell, there is no need to suspect this user; they do have dA and SA accounts which confirm her (1+ year) FAC presence.
