Deleted. The pic is official Pokémon artwork [i]licensed to[/i] GameSpot.com for promotional purposes.

It's still copyrighted, and this is the user's second violation of trying to upload official art. He can kiss his auto status goodbye.

No WONDER it's his second time, you're so lenient. It's his second time stealing art, and he's only now losing it [i]auto approval[/i]? Confused

There needs to be stricter rules on this sort of thing.

This user's first violation was quite awhile ago. Months. It's not like he's trying to break rules everyday (otherwise he would certainly NOT have earned auto status).

And "Auto-approval" status is automatically assigned by the FAC server depending on the person's track record with the AP, nothing more. It is not specifically awarded by FAC site staff members, although we can (and sometimes do) specifically take it away.

He must have gone threw and hoed out his gallery, I saw eight images not including the pokemon one, I had twenty some odd pics in my gallery when I got put on to auto approve. It just cought me off guard little.
