 Grrrrrrrrrrr! I deleted a pic then uploaded another one AND my old pic is STILL here and my new one is not. Can anyone explain what is happening!!!!!!!!!!!!!  |

You have to give it time. The deleting process is pending, so your picture will still show up.
As for your new pic, the pic is pending. It won't show up until after some time. |

Caching related issue. Removing a picture takes effect instantly, however this may not be reflected in the gallery views for some time.
