They can't. This only adds this to the top of the pile of topics that are exact like yours. It's a bug that cannot be fixed at the moment.

I am absolutely sure. It is NOT laziness. Ask any admin, mod, or site helper and they'll tell you the same thing.

This is one those issues that always comes back to bite us like a mosquito.

For the sake of it, why not just put a big banner advertising, "THE PROFILES CANNOT BE FIXED AT THE MOMENT, SO STOP ASKING!!"?

This has been a problem for months now. People haven't grasped the idea that no one knows when profiles are going to be fixed. It'll be fixed when it's fixed. Rolling Eyes

but I seriously don't get why it hasn't been fixed. It's been like 5 months, maybe more since that has happened.
