Not only has this user stolen in the past, but this has a pixelly look around the edges.

I tried to find it on google and dA, so if anyone knows where it is I would be grateful

Well it must be either official art or art done by a very popular artist because so far I've seen 3 or 4 different tracings/copies of it on DeviantART. I'll keep looking though.

The problem with photobucket is it can't be used to prove authentisity. simply due to the fact people use it to display any and all pics they find and are not required to be the image owner, at least they don't enforce it if they do.

Yes, but with 6 of the same chibi on that page, I think we can assume that it does not belong to that particular user
