The internet wasn't even 'fully' developed or widely available in 1970. This site is certainly not that old. I wonder if the admins were even born by that year.

yeah anyway. fac is about 5 and a half years old, or almost 6 years old. something like that. The 1970 'joined date' error occurred with the forum switch a while back. Or when we went to fac 2.0. something, i dunno. forget i said anything. fuck.

Shhh! People aren't supposed to know.

Join date error actually pre-dates the fac 2.0 move. Its due to join dates not being recorded when I first made fac. When I did add them they defaulted to 0. Unix Time 0 converts to that date in your time system (the last second of 1969).

Yep. We used to have member numbers....I was like 700something.
I joined probably around Feb or March 2003.

Until you build a way to permanently fix that, how about if the "join date" is unspecified/zero, just don't display the field?
