Icons and Pictures Help~

OK. I cant get my Icon at the top of the page to come out right, its just a box with a red X in it. Im using a file from my comp to get it, but it wont work. It image is also a JPG image file, so im wondering what im doing wrong. Also if I have to get it from a site, do I use the URL link HTML tag or IMG code? Please someone help me T_T

The size limit is 64x64. So make sure you avatar (icon) is 64x64 or smaller.

No, i mean the profile picture, the one underneath all the other information, like how meny comments you have posted. Thats theone thats not working..is there anyway I can fix that?

Just edit it with MSPAINT and save it. Or use Photoshop (if you have it) to change the quality.

If not saved as JPG. Just save it as a gif, and try again.

ok thanks for the help ^_^ Oh yeh whaile im here, I better tell you of my other problem, for some reason my picture wont be exepted by the FAC staff, it has 0 nudity, violance, spoilers and so on so...why wouldent they aprove it?

Nine out of ten of your pics are in the 2500 to 3000 Px wide range, they are simply too big to fit any moniter.

They usually leave an explanation as to why they don't.

several reasons your pics aren't approved:
1. Inpropper categorisation
2. Copyrights (only if art is stolen)
3. Inpropper objective content usage
4. Approval panel's lazy again.
5. Size limit

If the picture is rejected, you receive an e-mail from Support@Fanart-Central.net . If you [b]didn't[/b] receive one, then your pics are [b]not yet[/b] approved.

OK so I checked all of the things and my geuss it is the size, can anyone tell me how I can make it smaller?? Other than MSpaint cuz I used that witha another picture and it worked but once I looked at the picture it went huge...

Use Photoshop. Or a photoshop-like program.
