Fanfic-add chapter problem

No matter what I try this huge error message keeps coming up when I try to add a chapter to an exsting story of mine. It started, for me, yesterday, through today.

Sorry if this has been asked already, I did check other topics and where it lists the known problems and didn't see this. There was one for fanart, but this is fanfiction, unless it's the same.

I have a Mac, could that be part of the problem? Though I was able to make the story fine, so i don't get it.

Ok, finally, rtf seemed to work. Thank you.

But why wouldn't it let me upload using doc, when that's what I used the first time? What does that error message mean?

Mac word doc format probebly doesn't work.

MS Keeps their .doc format secret so people have to reverse engineer to make it work and it doesn't always work perfectly.
