After all... if kids actually enjoy games like GTA, it's not only reflective of the kids, but also their parents. Furthermore, most people do admit that they enjoy those kind of games because it gives them a venue to vent or just provide escape from the stress they experience in reality.

I've played GTA3. Hell, I own that game. And I think it's probably the most boring game on my shelf, and I have 60+ PS2 games. ; But I'm not going to say it sucks, nor am I going to say that the people who play that game tend to be violent, because they [i]aren't[/i]. Now will I say they're stupid, because they're [i]not[/i].

You're pretty much the one more-or-less speaking on behalf of a fantasy. You probably haven't even touched the game before; you just hear stories of the content and then immediately prejudge it.

Oh, and half your argument falls flat on the basis that Rockstar's games are typically M rated. ; Which means 17+, btw.

Speaking of Bully~ It might be called that, but it's not entirely centered on being an asshole. It's a free styling game, and the while you CAN go out and be an annoying little brat in the game, the game actually implies you should take the high road and be a good kid by imposing penalties if you, say, beat up a little kid or something.
