Not logged in, but logged in?

I can not seem to go to my Profile page and be logged in. I can go all around FAC, and yet still be logged in. Why is this, or what is the problem?

I used to get that. Try refreshing while on your profile while logged in (hit F5).

Try allowing all cookies and refreshing (F5)

Some pages such as profile page use extensive caching. You may need to do a forced refresh (crtl + refresh or shift + refresh depending on your browser) to make sure you have the correct version.

In some cases a normal refresh will do it.
