Okay, so the last time I submitted anything at all was late Thursday night (which was technically early Friday morning) - at least a full day ago.

Then today I went to add some more fanart but wasn't allowed to because it said I'd already submitted three pieces [b]today[/b].

This filter is just to prevent people from uploading every sketch and doodle and encorage people to spend more time on their drawings. Obviously no one can turn out more than 3 polished pieces of work in a day, however this is a set back to new memebers who have whole galleries they wish to upload. The timers on the site may not be exact, so just wait another few hours to another few days at the very most. New members' works are sent to an approval queve, which also adds onto the upload wait time, but this is only to avoid new accounts created only to be filled with stolen images. If you can't submit by tomorrow evening you may wish to contact Denis or another site admin, but hopefully everything should work out before then.

The "today" in that calculation is based on submissions in the last 24 hours.

24 hours after the first of the 3 submissions, you'll be able to submit 1 more, 24 hours after the second, 2 more, etc.
