I don't really understand the whole skill level thing when submitting a piece of art. Is it how you feel your artistic level is???
because I think, no matter how amazing your talent is, you will never truly be a master of art. Just like how one can spend their whole life studying martial arts and never master it. |

From what i know about that is it doesn't do anything. I'd just put down your honest opinion of each piece you enter, quite oftenly people could do mostly what they consider advanced because they did well in them and such but even they have off pictures that ain't up to standards with the rest of their gallery. Besides, don't matter that much because I don't think others see what was chosen.
