Just going to have to wait, the approval panel can't work any faster since they have real lives too and with the constant demand of loads of newbie's joining and wanting to submit pictures, it's made the que more long.
You only get auto approval when you get it and when it's believed you have deserved it.

How could you blame them for not wanting to look at tons of shitty pictures?

And is it really that hard to [i]wait[/i]? It's not like anything huge and exciting is going to happen once your pictures are on the site, anyway.
