I've Blocked My Friends... HELP!!!!

so i blocked friends because i thought it was the reply button then they soon complained to me that i blocked them. please help!!!

You know the page that lists your favorite artists, etc.? Your blocklist is also displayed there so you can edit it.

I did the same thing, but i went and edited it to un-block them, and they still cannot comment...does it just take a few minutes, or did I do something wrong?
