"Rock" is, uh, kinda broad. I dislike most heavy metal (Guns n' Roses is about as "heavy" as my rock taste goes), but I really love classic rock.

Alternative rock is shit. Whiny teenagers with no vocal/guitar skills and too much money and time on their hands.

I like some alternative but some of it just sounds the same as all the others which is really boring. The heaviest band I listen to is System of a Down.
