Not Working.

Okay, I can understand one day, but [b]three[/b]?

I've tried to upload pictures here for the past three days, and none of them were submitted. Yes, I've checked my email and no messages were left from FAC. Also, I've read the rules about five times now to make sure I'm not doing something wrong. Well, I'm not.

So, what's goin' on here? D:

did you check your gallery's pending section

sometimes they get backed up and it takes longer

one time i had to wait almost a week

if a computer and keyboard had a punctuation semi-colon cleaning would it be a semi-colonoscopy

I've just checked that and it came up as an Error saying "There are no pictures here". I:

That's not technically an error message, it just means you have no submissions in the queue waiting for approval.

In oher words, the submissions were most likely rejected by staff members, but the notification about it lost in the mail.

Our ability to research past submissions is sorely lacking, but for now you have two pieces in the queue, #635318 and #635321 (ID numbers grabbed from picture URL's).

Wait a day or two, if they don't show up in your gallery but are no longer pending, at least with their ID numbers in hand we can take a look at it and mention anything that may have been overlooked.

I've checked today , and they're still not submitted.

They were in the pending list last night, but gone from it again.
I've gotten no messages about it either.

#635318 and 635321 have certainly been rejected. I don't see any obvious reasons why... so this needs further investigation.

In reguards to #635318. When it comes down to the catigory "Other series not listed" the description "He's so supahfly." is insufficient. With people under the impression they can submit imagery to that catigory as a "catch all" for lack of research or knowledge, It should be noted who the charachter is and what show they'er from at least to comferm that they are from a show that is in fact not listed.

In this instance the charachter bares a very strong resemblance to Sanji of One Piece, so unless otherwise stated I must assume the charachter is from the more popular (and catigorized) show.

In order to conferm wether or not you where correct in the assessment that the charachter is from an unlisted show the image was rejected on description.

Further note, I have rejected a lot of your images on this as I recall several insufficient single word and/or text smilie descritpions. Short descriptions like those are quickly rejected for multiple reasons.

I understand there are times when one really dosen't want to say anything or can't think of anything to say about the image they just exausted themselves to create, but something needs to be mentioned. It dose not need to be long and drawn out in paragraph form. "A picture of [Insert name here] done with/on [insert CG program/traditional media]" or "A picture of [Insert name here] because I am bored" is more than acceptable and of little to no effort in most cases.

Okay, so that was the reason.

Yes, Descriptions are a required field; one of the reasons we reject some short Descriptions like "I love this character!" or "HE IS SO COOL!!!11!1" is because art thieves are commonly known to do that, they can't say anything 'real' about it because it isn't their work, they just found it on the Internet and are trying to rip and reupload it here.

Of course, vice versa doesn't automatically apply here, but take a moment to describe the piece a little.

Also double-check that when submitting fanart that you've included the name of the series in the submission, either as part of the Description or Keywords. This helps out both our search engine as well as the staff member reviewing the piece.

Not a problem, But also If you are not recieving the letters check and make sure you can recieve E-Mail form bounce@Fanart-Central.net as Many E-Mail providers document the send outs as spam and deletes them.

Something else just got brought to my attention, Are you using Hotmail?
