how to put pictures in the info part of homepage

some of mt friends have soo many pictures in the info part of there homepage i try it but i cant past the pucture at all, how do i do this

Don't try to abuse the [img] though, okay? Sometimes people go a little overboard and you don't want to be one of them.. :/
