Yeah, and in submission policy box reads this:Generic rules file. If you are seeing this, something is wrong.
Could somebody fix it?

I'm Having the Same Problem! But it's not fixed Denis. The Box doesn't Say that anymore, But I still can't really Submit! I hit the Submit Button and when it reloads my screen just looks like it's refreched and ALL the info I Filled out is gone! Whats wrong with it?!? Do you think it's our Browsers? Confused

If you refresh the submissions box, all values that were filled before refreshing tend to disappear.

Known bug. Sad

If it refreshes due to a validation error all of the data you entered should still be there (except maybe password fields).

I have no idea why it would refresh like you are describing tho. Could be a browser issue.

I think it might be! Becuz I JUST NOW Switched Browsers and it wasn't doing it before. And, On Other Sites it was doing the same thing, It was Like I never Filled out ANY info.

Well My Current Browser is Firefox and I Hear that it has a Record of Messing With People on Other sites.

Okay, I'm Gona Decribe it one more time. I have Opened up another window, So As I am Filling out the Info I will be typing down What is happening...

I click "Add Fanwork"
Then I click "Single Picture or flash/shockwave animation"
Then I Click "Upload a picture from my computer"
Then It loads Some... Still Loading...
Okay Now The Page is FINALLY Opened
I Type in my Title and Select the Category.
Now I Browse my Documents for my Picture and select it.
Now I Put in the Description for the Picture in.
I Skim To See if My Picture as Nudity,Spoilers, Violence ECT. In it.
I Choose The Media.
I type In the Time I took to make the Picture
I Click On reference Box and Type in "none"
Then I Choose The Skill Level
THEN FINALLY I Agree to all the Rules...
Then Click Submit!
And it Loads...
And It Loads Some More...
It Loads for the Next About 3 Minutes...
It Says That It's Sending the request to FAC But I don't Believe it...
FINALLY IT STOPS LOADING! And It reveals THE SAME PAGE AND INFO THAT I JUST FILLED OUT!!!
And this is where I Go Around the House Screaming Becuz I Just Wasted 5-10 Minutes WAITING for it to show me the same thing I just Filled out...Lol And Then I go to talk to one of my friends on the Phone, Oh BTW She Says Hi XD!

I use firefox and have no problems. So do most of the site helpers.

Probably one of your extensions is interfering.

I've adjusted a setting that may fix the PM error.

If the submission form completed with out an error, you need to wait for the picture approval panel to okay the picture. It should be in your Pending pictures page. (Pending tab in your gallery)

Also, if its another problem like time out or stalling, then make sure you are submitting only .jpg, .png, or .gif (don't think animated pics go through) as others like .bmp (paint bucket) take for ever and don't really go through.

Another note: If you're on a dial up connection, just get used to waiting...

No, Lol You misunderstood me. It doesn't get submitted to get a chance to go thru pending! And It's a Jpg Image and I'm not on Dial up. And it's not an animated picture, the same as my other pictures I've tryed to submit, It all turned out the same. Lol You might wana read ALL the other comments on the page, I'm kind of tired of explaining it ^^'

Tuxedo, we still need more information.

For starters:
- Width and height of your image (in pixels)
- Filesize (in kb)
