Again!! Man... Note, these are all manga titles

[b]Death Note:[/b] I love the main character most dearly- hence the avatar. I've seen the anime, and since I went off anime, I decided to get the manga. Joy. Love it to bits. I like how Light is clever and he is good at manipulating people, keeping one step ahead most of the time. I also like the idea of the Death Note itself- write someone's name in it and they die! Intriguing, indeed... but scary at the same time. Oh, there's also a string of rules to go with the note book.

[b]Fruits Basket:[/b] A manga that has charmed me right from the start. I love the idea that when the Sohma family are hugged by a member of the opposite gender, they turn into their Zodiac form. Possessed by the animal spirits of the Chinese Zodiac. I feel sorry for Kyo Sohma and I hate Yuki Sohma with a passion. I have yet to read volume seventeen, though. You guessed that Kyo is my fave character in this manga!!

[b]Eerie Queerie!:[/b] About a boy who can see ghosts, but ultimately finds himself becoming gay, thanks to an incident in the first volume, when a girl ghost has a crush on a classmate of the boy. Still, for shounen ai, this is pretty tame, even though it's over sixteens, but I love the antics these boys get up to. It's only four volumes, but I can read them again and again. It's just so funny!

*sighs* It all keeps a changing. This time, I'm into anime once again. I guess I prefer it, because you see the characters moving, hearing sound effects, and hear the characters speak (through seiyuu, of course)

[b]Gunbuster[/b] It's about a young girl who attends a "fighting" school, to test candidates, to see if they have the mettle to go into space to fight an alien race called Tarzion. This girl's dad was the commander of a ship that faught the aliens when she was younger. She's a klutz, but gets picked to go into space along with top pilot, who's a big sister type figure. She finds that being in space has a lot of hardships, but she pulls through. This anime was by the same folks who later in years did that Neon Genesis Evangelion thingie. If you like girls using robots to fight with, a little bit of good music, a little bit of a cheesy plot, then this be for you.
