Nikora Kirishima: Yes, another Naruto Fanfiction

Okay, would anyone would be willing to read this story, beginning to where it is so far? Nobody's been reading it, so I'm kindof wondering whether or not it's any good. I'd like some critique, please. I'm thinking about posting/starting another story, but what's the point if nobody reads it/my stories aren't good?

Please, the chapters really aren't that long, I swear The first two or three chapters are terrible, in my opinion, so if you are going to read it, at least please keep reading a little bit past those ones.
