Bleach taken from Naruto??

I dunno and maybe this sounds stupid or maybe there's a topic about it but Ichigo looks way too mucht like naruto to be an original char.
Since Bleach came after Naruto (1~2 years) I think Kubo got the idea for Ichigo from Naruto. Cuz there has never been a char with spikey hair like naruto... I think. Kubo has taken ALOT from Dragonball series but that's obvious since he was addicted to that.

What do you think??

I think that that idea's highly unlikely.

Just because a character looks like another character, doesn't mean the artist stole another artist's ideas.

yeah it is highly unlikely, bleach and naruto are two different animes, like totally!!!

As for the comparison, I've noticed that it's a pretty bad habit for some people who watch anime to generalize characters, stories, etc to the point where you draw similarities where there really are none....

I've never really seen either show, but they're so popular right now it'd be hard to not be a LITTLE familiar with either.

The only similarity I can see between the two is that they have spikey hair.
I mean, they have different body types, different hair colors, different facial shapes and features.... this list could go on by just looking at their pictures T_T

Um actually naruto and bleach kind of came out at the same time, (in japan) and when you do make a manga and anime you ususlly make some of your characters in advance! so yeah, but it could be possible, but higly unlikely!

They're really not the same character in any way.

I agree. Besides, Bleach doesn't have two dimensional characters. Sure, they're drawn two dimensional, but their personalities are very three dimensional. Check out Bleach episodes 6-7 if you want proof. I hate Naruto, but it isn't plain and boring to me either...

I really almost laughed. It's a long story, but if Joou wants to explain it, it's her business.

I don't know anything about Naruto, so I can't really comment on the topic at hand. Just felt I had to mention my amusement. 8D;

Well, maybe their hair is similar. But it's just going WAY too far to even suggest that they "got the idea for Ichigo from Naruto". Regrardless of their hair, their personalities are completely different. Ichigo is heroic and dutiful. Naruto is a whiny little ten year old. I rest my case.
