I was reeally curious if anyone here has tried Cross Country before? I'm on the team so far and for me it's brutal running 3 miles plus everyday. |

I know people who are in cross country! But I'm not I plan on joining regular track I think.
Anyways, back to the subject. They say you get to run through woods and different terrains. Then this guy told me his butt hurt because of the training (he did lunges and they DO hurt). Then my neighbor across the street is a big track star, but she passed out once and no one knew that until they could see her. She was rushed to the hospital and had to drop out of track for a while. |
