Were you trying to make this look chibi or full-sized? Because the proportions are really skewed, so it comes off as looking caught somewhere between chibi and not. The clothing has no folds in it to speak of, so it looks very paper-doll-ish, and his face is off-center. His fingers and arms have no joints.
