submitting into category

when i tried to pick a category for a pic it says 'click to begin' so i clicked on it several times and nothing happened. does anybody know whats going on?

I thought maybe I had a story limit and deleted something I decided I wasn't going to work on anymore.
Still nothing. =(

"(Click to begin)" is just a standby text; it should never appear under normal circumstances.

Speaking of which, I should change that message sometime to be more precise.
