If you mean a quick reply system like the ones that Vbulletin or Invision forums use, I believe there is a mod for that in PHPBB3, we will be working on upgrading the forums to the newest version some time in the near future.
While that feature does not come as a default, it shouldn't be too hard to implement into the system either.
I believe your wait time is caused by something else server side, or in route, though. That said, when you post the message, you will still be waiting for the page refresh. |

Quick Reply has no options at all...
Not a bad add-on, but not a very good recommendation to those looking for more than just a text box.
It doesn't work with PHPBB3, either.
I believe the add-on was also the cause of your error on my site's forums, if you use it that is. |

The forums are kinda overloaded. The search index system doesn't work well with this many posts. _________________ You will obey or molten silver will be poured into your ears. |

Yeah I am reffering to like invisionfree fast replys. I think they should be one added, but by the looks of it, it don't seem possible. The reason I wanted to use fast reply is because how often do people use emoticons? Well I don't as often as a regulure post. _________________
Click here to feed me a Rare Candy!
Get your own at PokePlushies!

I'm more than sure that there is a modification for both BB2 and 3.
BTW, BB2 made 2.0.23 last month with more security. info here
I'll look into a fast reply if Denis wants to update the board.
I'd say that BB3 will be a long while in the making. The switch will be tedious and the database server will most likely need to be closed to the site when we do it. |
