My bad, rc should be fixed now.

Falconlobo, I don't know what your problem is. Ever since the server move (a few weeks ago) a very small percent of people seem to be unable to submit pictures (mostly profiles and avatars). Send an email to support with the picture attached and I'll try to debug the problem.

The offline error Sora posted is only for the test sites, it didn't affect the main ones.

I didn't see any bad output in the header or anything so RC is working.
I hit the limit of daily submissions and can't access the image queue so if they made it, I'm not sure.
Also, I was unable to test TIFF format, and didn't bother with BMP --its useless and a waste of time.

well yes thats my problem,I been triying to submmite some pics but it docent work!this is what it allways say:
