Really, you're asking me that?

You just have to use the [img] [/img] tags and put the url to your picture inside those tags.

The URL is the link back to the actual image file on a server.
So, using my avatar as an example, if I type http://www.fanart-central.net/avatars//66019-1191882103.jpg
And put that inside the [img] [/img] tags, it should come out like so:
[img]http://www.fanart-central.net/avatars//66019-1191882103.jpg[/img]

Note: this only works for image files, so you need to link to an image file(ending with a .jpg/.png/.gif/.etc), and not the html page(ending in .html/.jsp/.asp/.etc) that the file is on.
