Email notification for PMs.

I recently got a new sidekick and I wanted to change my email on one account to my new cell email but it wouldn't. I made a new account with this email and now my notifications aren't sending.

Help?

Also I know my email works because it sent that registration email when I created this account.

It finally sent but took atleat 2 hours.

At any rate. It seems your asking us to make it send to you...
The system sends emails to any and all valid email addresses, if the email bounces we can't help it.

I'm sorry we can't help you much in receiving the emails, but you should check with your carrier about your spam settings and/or senders listings. You may also want to check on that email's inbox update timing, or simply make sure that your sidekick's browser doesn't cache pages.


It would help us to provide you with info if you told us what cellular service provider you have as well as the email service provider you are using.

Its working now. Just the first notification took about 2 hours to send.
