Know where to get cosplay wigs for not a million bucks?

As title says,

I'm trying to find a cosplay wig for my Pein cosplay (http://eleoyasha.deviantart.com/art/PeIn-67728139, art (c) eleoyasha, Pein (c) Masashi Kishimoto), since my mom won't let me dye my hair orange, neither cut it short XD
Anyone knows a good homepage with a wig like that? Since I live in Sweden, and the wig has to be shipped, it would be awesome with a page with free shipping to Europe, similar to www.cosplaymagic.com .

ebay is a good way ...but could become quite expensive...the costs for shipping are frequently higher than the pruduct itself -.-°

well but the best way to find a wig cheap is to go to a local costume shop or in some toy shops they have wigs around the carneval and halloween time

often you can find cheap blond longhair wigs ...and than you could color the wig with some haircolor and give it the right haircut

I thought about eBay before, but nah.

I looked through the nearest centrum yesterday, but I found no similar wigs to Pein. Only like... blond, long ones XD

I wouldn't dare to cut a wig XD Neither colour it.

i think if you model a such a blond wig your self, you get the best and cheapest result because as you said ebay is expensive and most of the cosplay items dont look that good if you see them in real
