will every time when i submit a comment i mess up and go and delete like 49 times

Would be useful if you're fond of BBC, though the simpler solution would just be to not waste tons of time trying to format your comments.

A "Preview" function wouldn't be all that hard to implement, really.

And for that matter, neither would comments flood-control. In fact I think I'll go work on that now.
