Well, it depends. I usually spend about an hour on traditional pieces, and about 3-4 hours on CGed Photoshop pieces. |

I think quick drawings often take me over 2 hours, but on average I spend more then 8 hours working on my other stuff. |

Usually, sketches take between 5-20 minutes. Coloring in Photoshop takes from 1 hour to 3 hours. Sometime, my drawings take days; even weeks (depending on how hard it is or how lazy I am). |

The majority of my digital and colored pencil pictures (one character) usually take no more than 45 min. I have sketches that range from 2 minutes to 10 minutes, depending on how much I put into them (shading, highlights, etc.). My photoshop pictures take anywhere from 2 1/2 hours to 6 hours. _________________ Fools aren't born; pretty girls make them in their spare time.

For those of you who don't know, I like to sketch Brian from Family Guy.
The sketches I do of Brian where he's not wearing much usually takes me 30-45 minutes.
The ones I do of Brian where he's wearing extra apparel usually takes me 1-2 hours. Same with if I'm drawing him and another character in the same picture. |

Waaaaay more than 8 hours because I'm never happy with my work until it's been reworked over and over again (without looking muddy). Plus, I work slow to begin with. _________________ |

It varies, though I find I don't finish a single picture for DAYS, simply because I work hard on trying to get the lineart right. _________________ It is the artist, not the fandom, that makes the picture worth it.
If you feel that the fandom is worthless, then fighting the urge to pass judgement on a picture based on that fandom is a rather good idea.
That is, of course, unless you want the fangirls/fanboys coming after you with foaming mouths.

Sketching: 30 minutes + (Depending on what I'm sketching, of course).
Photoshop'd/Other: 3 - 5 hours
Maybe 6 hours, sometimes more. Mostly because I have the T.V. on when I'm working on something (Or chatting with people).
It bugs me when I have to put it off for another day or never finish.

I'm known to spend hours on a single crappy sketch. I'm autistically slow with art. _________________ My Gallery. For the love of all that is good and holy, stop thinking my bishielover gallery is real. |

Maybe 10-30 min on the sketch, 10 min to ink, then from 2-5 hours coloring. It depends. Just a pencil sketch with shading and highlights, 1 hour and 1/2 max. _________________ |
