Everyone likes [i]Family Guy[/i]. Who doesn't? You have a dysfunctional family with a doofus for a father, a nagging wife, a dummy for a son, a drama queen for a daugther, a talking dog, and an evil baby who tries to rule the world and kill his own mother. What more can you ask for?

But, a few years ago, the mastermind behind [i]Family Guy[/i] decided to create [i]American Dad[/i], the CIA father with the dysfunctional family, and a talking German goldfish and a picky alien named Roger.

In your opinion, which show do you think is better? [i]Family Guy[/i] or [i]American Dad[/i]?

american dad is basically the same show. it should have focused on the original concept of a more political satire but really its just family guy without all the "remember the time peter.... , roll the clip." makes me scared for what will happen when the cleavland show comes out

I prefer Family Guy. It's also one of the funniest shows I've ever seen, though there are some parts I don't approve of.
