I remember that, in Pokemon Yellow, you couldn't evolve your Pikachu at all during the game, and that seriously pissed me off. Raichu was my favorite Pokemon. I didn't want a lame Pikachu with low defense.

I traded pikachu to my blue version, evolved him and traded him back. But then, I restarted the game because I missed him standing behing me...

heres my list
Silver: Cindaquil
LeafGreen: Bulbasaur
Ruby #1: Torchic
Ruby#2: Mudkip
XD: Eevee-Umbreon

well thats it grass types are weak to begin with but in the case of bulbasaur, not so. treeko and chicorita are lame. I have to say that because i raise striker pokemon and they kick ass. high atack and high speed and medium defence are my basic needs for a good stricker. take my Typhlosion for example, 281 hp and Fire punch, flamethrower, rest and snore for its moves so i can rest and cure my self but i can use snore to attack while im asleep. fire punch and flamethrower are just basic attack moves. my Typhlosion is lv. 87* 300exp till 88. oh and dark types, Umbreon, are awesome with 2 on 2 matches with another dark type like houndoom. low defence and high attack on houndoom but high defence and low attack on umbreon. good pair if houndoom is holding focusband witch doesn't really work but it saves u somethimes when u need it to. thats all
