Traced / copied Itachi picture

Has anyone seen the original of this piece?

It's pretty obvious that it isn't her original work from how all the details are hhandled - shading, hands and feet are off, etc. - but the "artist" is pretty defensive about this whole situation.

It's difficult to find a specific Naruto piece nowadays, with the series being so popular, so would someone let me know if the original is found? Thank you.

Innocent until proven guilty; don't go tossing around words like 'traced' or 'stolen' without some proof to back it up.

A lot of fanartists draw images based on specific scenes, characters, etc., but there's still a difference between freehanding a sketch of the given scene, and tracing directly over it. One is a violation, one is not, but you can't tell them apart until you have the original material in hand for comparison.
