i'm not really sure if this goes here but
whenever my friend clicks the submitting button it doesn't work 0___0...
is it the website or is it just her internet connection? |

Yes, you are in the right area of the forums.
Could you, by chance, give us more information?
It would be even more easy if you directed your friend here to the forums so that they may tell us more about the problem themselves.
We need to know what kind of fanwork (and the file type, if a file was uploaded) your friend was submitting, and any error messages displayed after, or before, their attempt at submission. |

Hi! Ya sometimes when i submit stuff it doesn't work and it messes up the internet and i have to restart the router thing. |

To me, this sounds like an ISP problem on your end.
We have no control over these things.
If this is the first time you've experienced the problem, your Internet Service Provider may be doing work on some of your area's connection equipment.
On the other hand, if you are submitting .BMP(a.k.a. MS Paint) files, this may cause lag for you and your home's network, but nothing grand enough to disable you're home's connection. |

Yeah save your work as a jpeg, granted MS pain's Jpeg compression blows considerably but it will make a world of difference....Or look around your computer for MS Photodraw It came with some versions of windows you might get luckey and have it.
