Can't post in already started topics

I've been wondering why I can't post in threads? I can start a new one, but I can't post in already existing threads. I thought I might have just posted my limit fur the day, but I haven't been able to post fur going on a month now. What's wrong? Did I get banned from the forums and not know about it?

i just used my lifemates computer and i can post fine i think its just my cellphone. is the ip address messed up?
