I've seen the original somewhere before, I think maybe dA, but I can't put my finger on it.

I also found this one by the same artist. I dunno if it's a screenshot.

The second one is a Screen cap and the first one is like she traced it from one of the bits from the intro I belive.

No, it's not from an intro. I checked. I believe that this was a piece on dA, but I forgot the artist's name. I believe that this is a trace of another artist's work.

And you're most likely right about the second one.

[b]FINALLY[/b], I found the original of the first picture on deviantArt! Yay. It was by ElvesAteMyRamen. So I guess this classifies the suspected picture as a trace.

Trace test complete, Pic one is cleared. It's a driect reference work, considerable variations found in Inuyashas hair, ear, nose and more. Any varyation to Kikyo is moot as image was made to alter second subject to better suit the preferred pairing of the user.

Also Need an original for the Contest pic, tho I am sure that one is not legitimate, It looks familiar but not as a cap. There is/was an artist here on FAC for some time who had mastered the Inuyasha style but I can't think of who it was, but that looks like that may be the case on that one, it's the softness of the tree branch that makes me question the screen cap theroy.

Bulls eye, that's it. It's heavilly cropped actually just a little bit over of 20% cut off
