e-mail validation

i had to change my email recenlty as my old one stopped working, i edited this on my profile and sent for a new validation but after a day i still didnt get one ive tryed so many times now and its reall frustrating i have no idea what to do i cant comment or add work and i really dont want to start all over again, has anyone else had this problem and knows how i can fix it ?

Did you check your spam folder for the email?
