you need to copy and paste what the error is and edit your post

The database upgrade caused some problem, and Strata introduced 3 new bugs in notifications due to poor testing.

Judging by the story-notification routine as of 3.1/r1722, that bug's probably not quite fixed yet....

Just a note for everyone else, bugs relating to email notifications do NOT interfere with actually submitting new content, notifications are sent after the submission has been successfully processed.
