Okay, so I got a quesion. Stumbled across this downloadable program called Paint.net recently, and I've been taking a look at it. It's apparently got layers, all sorts of effects, and vatious other features. I'm wondering if it's safe to download, and if it could be a decent substitute to Photoshop (since I can't shell out the money for a program like that, I just got a car, for Christ's sake! XD).
If anybody has any experience using it, or any other useful info, I'd appreciate a response. Maybe a pic or two made using the program would be helpful too. Thanks! |
