It's more than likely there will be other seekers, as it was mentioned in Alliance (The movie prequel comic) that there were still a lot of Decepticon troops in stasis on a ship under Soundwave's command.

On top of the ones already sent down (Swindle, Dead End, Fracture, Overcast, Jetstorm...) there would definitely be more F-22's because that way they'll be able to sell more Starscream repaints xD
