|
|
An increasingly annoying problem has plauged my Xbox. Bascially, I can play a game, everything is fine for 20-30 minutes, then it shuts off while the little light on the power supply brick changes from greed to red. The brick it self doesn't get boiling lava hot, luke warm at best. This has been happening for a long while and I had the console for three years. Is it possibly that the brick is old or something broke inside it? And where in hell do I get a new one? _________________ Where did all these stupid people come from? |

Amazon. It's in all likeylhood a soddering issue, as all 360 parts use piece of shit sodder, and the brick contains system hardware. Try cracking it open and fixing it first, 'cause a new power brick is incredibly expensive. _________________ |

Won't Microsoft replace their defective hardware for free? _________________ You will obey or molten silver will be poured into your ears. |

If they deem it to be faulty hardware, and you are still under their 3 year warrenty. Most powerbrick problems are either due to shitty soddering, or dust. If it's dust, they will charge you $50+ for a new one, if I'm not mistaken. _________________ |

Well, at least dust is easy to fix with a can of compressed air.
Re-soddering is requires effort (and possibly skill). _________________ You will obey or molten silver will be poured into your ears. |

True, true. Fuck man, I don't even know if you can open the power brick, now that I think about it. _________________ |
